První část mojí práce se zabývá obhájobou, její definici a historií. Další část se zabývá občany a jejich právem na obhajobu před soudem (samozřejmě nejenom tam),podmínkami, za kterých je obviněným obhájce přidělen soudem.Třetí část se zabývá postupem v rámci trestního řízení. Abstract:
The first part deals mainly with the defence counsel, their definition and history. The next part deals with the rights of citizens to have their defence counsel in court (and not only there of course), the conditions, under which are the counsel assigned to the defendants by the judge.
