Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním trhem a investováním. V teoretické části je popsán finanční systém, finanční rizika, majetkové a dlužnické cenné papíry, magický trojúhelník investování. Dále zde splývá teoretická část s praktickou, kde nejdříve definuji výnosnost a duraci. Poté následuje výpočet již zmíněné výnosnosti a durace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with financial market and investment. The theoretical part describes the financial system, financial risks, equity and debt securities, the magical investment triangle. Here is also the theoretical part with practical, where I first define profitability and duration. Then the calculation of the above mentioned profitability and duration is followed.
