The usage of the building saving after the novella in 2003

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit jednotlivé ukazatele stavebního spoření před a po novele zákona o stavebním spoření a na jeho základě potvrdit či vyvrátit stanovené hypotézy. První hypotéza zní: "Vedly změny podmínek stavebního spoření ke změně v počtu uzavřených smluv a změně cílové částky?" Druhá hypotéza pak zní: "Potvrzuje rostoucí počet uzavřených smluv a růst cílové částky větší zainteresovanost domácností do potřeb svého bydlení?"

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to evaluate the various indicators of building saving before and after the amendment of the building savings and provides the basis to confirm or disconfirm defined hypothesis. The first hypothesis asselts: "Did changes in the conditions of building savings resulted in a change of the number of contracts and change the target amount?" The second hypothesis then asselts: "Does the growing number of contracts and the growth of the target amount confirm greater involvement of households in their housing needs?"
