Motorcars Drivers "Penalty" Point System
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bodovým hodnocením řidičů motorových vozidel v České republice, který je zvláštním nástrojem správního trestání. Autor analyzoval pozitivně právní úpravu celého Bodového systému z několika pohledů, a poukázal na široké právní souvislosti i nedostatky psaného práva. Práce nabízí několik nástinů právních řešení de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This bachelors´these deals with the Motorcars Drivers „Penalty“ Point Systém in Czech republic, which is special instrument of the administrative punishment. The author analysed positive statute law of the Motorcars Drivers „Penalty“ Point System of several point of view. He pointed out broad contexts and absences of written law. The work appears several outlines of law solutions de lege ferenda.
