Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a změnami v systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů a home office v důsledku pandemie COVID-19. Zaměřuje se a srovnává míru změn před, během a po pandemii. Situace v sektoru služeb byla demonstrována na případové studii konkrétního podniku, který je nechán v anonymitě. Analýza je podpořena rozhovory s vedoucím oddělení služeb a zaměstnankyní na pozici mzdové účetní, kteří poskytují i jiný úhel pohledu na samotnou problematiku. Sběr dat dále probíhal pomocí elektronického dotazníku, který byl rozeslán mezi zaměstnance do podniků v sektoru služeb. Celkem se výzkumu zúčastnilo 96 respondentů. Bylo zjištěno, že největší transformací prošlo čerpání home office. Před pandemií nebylo možné ve většině případů pracovat z domova. S příchodem pandemie se musela firma přizpůsobit hlavně po technické stránce, jelikož zaměstnanci neměli vybavení pro přechod na práci z kanceláře k práci formou home office. Zajímavým zjištěním je také zrušení sick days. Ten byl nahrazen právě možností čerpání home office. Z výsledků je patrné, že zaměstnanci jsou spokojeni se zavedením home office i s nastavenými benefity. Podniky dochází k závěru, že práce z domova je pro zaměstnance flexibilnější, mohou si organizovat čas, vyhovuje jim, že jsou mimo dosah nadřízeného. Na straně druhé ale stále několik respondentů uvádí, že jsou při práci z domova méně efektivní než v kanceláři. Jelikož se jedná o oddělení služeb, zákazník nesmí poznat rozdíl a zaměstnanci musí odvádět práci stejně dobře doma jako tomu bylo i v kanceláři.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issues and changes in the system of employee benefits and home office as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. It focuses on and compares the rate of change before, during and after the pandemic. The situation in the service sector was demonstrated through a case study of a specific company, which remains anonymous. The analysis is supported by interviews with the head of the department of services and the unemployed in the position of payroll accountant, who provide a different point of view on the issue itself. Data collection was further carried out using an electronic questionnaire, which was distributed among the employees of enterprises in the service sector. A total of 96 respondents took part in the research. It was found that the biggest transformation has gone through the use of the home office. Before the pandemic, it was not possible to work from home in most cases. With the arrival of the pandemic, the company had to adapt mainly from a technical point of view, as the employees did not have the equipment to transition from office work to home office work. An interesting finding is also the cancellation of sick days. It was replaced by the possibility of home office drawing. The results show that the employees are satisfied with the introduction of the home office and with the set benefits. Businesses come to the conclusion that working from home is more flexible for employees, they can organize their time, they are comfortable with being out of the reach of their supervisor. On the other hand, several respondents still state that they are less efficient when working from home than in the office. Since this is a service department, the customer must not know the difference and the employees must perform as well as they did in the office.
