Hlavním cílem předkládané diplomové práce je na základě elektromyografického měření, porovnat intenzitu zapojení svalové aktivity při bicrossovém startu a jednotlivých vybraných cvicích. Zaměříme se na svaly trupu a horních končetin, u kterých předpokládáme nejintenzivnější zapojení při bicrossovém startu. Main goal of this diploma thesis is confront intensity of muscle activity during bicross start and special workouts measured by Electromyography. In this dissertation we will focus on muscles of upper body and upper limbs, where is supposed the highest muscle activity.
