Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou procesů: Získávání a výběr pracovníků v malém a středním podniku. V teoretické části se zabývám charakteristikou personální práce a následným získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců. V praktické části popisuji procces získávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti Ipsum, s.r.o. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení získávání a výběru v dané společnosti.
Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with the issues of processes: Recruitment and selection of employees in small and medium enterprise. In the theoretical part I deal with the characteristics of personnel management and subsequent recruitment and selection of employees.
