Influence of throw technique on forensic evaluation of load throw

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem a předmět kriminalistiky, její historii, strukturu a metodologii. Dále pojednává o biomechanice a forenzní biomechanice, jejich historii, vývoji a struktuře. V praktické části práce je rozebraná analýza dat z měření, jsou zde vytvořené tabulky a grafy, díky kterým se v závěru odpoví na předem určené hypotézy. Cílem této práce je pomocí provedeného výzkumu zjistit závislost dopadové rychlosti na technice hodu břemenem.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept and subject of criminology, history, structure and methodology. It also discusses biomechanics and forensic biomechanics, their history, development and structure. In the practical part of the work, analysis of data from the measurements is discussed, tables and graphs are created, thanks to which it is possible to answer predetermined research questions and hypotheses. The goal of this work is to determine the dependence of the impact speed on the technique of throwing a load with the help of the conducted research.
