Industry 4.0 and its impact on the workforce
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce vysvětluje podstatu průmyslu 4.0 a hlavní oblasti jeho dopadů do různých oblastí ekonomiky. Práce je především zaměřená na trh práce a na dopady Průmyslu 4.0 do konkrétních profesích. Práce obsahuje marketingový kvalitativní výzkum a z výsledku dotazníkového šetření vycházejí závěry práce.
Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis explains the essence of industry 4.0 and the main areas of its impact on various areas of the economy. The work is mainly focused on the labor market and the impacts of Industry 4.0 on specific professions. The thesis contains qualitative marketing research, and the conclusions of the thesis are based on the results of a questionnaire survey.
