Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dárcovství plazmy. Obsahuje dvě části. Teoretická část vysvětluje definici plazmaferézy, kritéria a postup odběru, životosprávu před a po odběru a využití krevní plazmy. Empirická část zachycuje analýzu průzkumu informovanosti dárců plazmy o této problematice, zejména jejich znalosti zásad odběru a využití plazmy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of plasma donation. It contains two parts. The theoretical part explains the definition of plasmapheresis, criteria and the procedure of blood subscription, the lifestyle before and after blood subscription and the use of plasma.
