Web application for calculating electricity consumption

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj responzivní webové aplikace za pomocí low-code platformy. Od získání požadavků od zákazníků až po vývoj samotné aplikace a její nasazení na web. Aplikací je kalkulačka pro výpočet spotřeby elektrické energie, která umožňuje uživatelům snadný a efektivní výpočet jejich spotřeby elektrické energie v domácnosti a nákladů spojené s ní. Aplikace poskytuje uživatelům možnost zadávat spotřebu elektrické energie jednotlivých zařízení. Podle zadaných hodnot aplikace vypočítá uživateli měsíční a roční spotřebu a náklady všech zařízení, místností a domů, které si vytvoří. Kalkulačka pro výpočet spotřeby elektřiny může poskytnout uživatelům, kteří chtějí mít přehled o jejich spotřebě elektřiny a náklady spojenými s ní, užitečné informace pro lepší správu, optimalizaci a plánování jejich spotřeby elektřiny v domácnosti a financí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a responsive web application using a low-code platform. Describing the whole process of creating a web application from gathering requirements from customers to developing the application and deploying it to the web. The application for this bachelor thesis is an electricity consumption calculator that allows users to easily and efficiently calculate their electricity consumption and the costs for the electricity in their household. The application allows users to enter the electricity consumption of individual devices. Based on the entered values the application calculates the monthly and annual consumption and cost of individual devices, rooms and houses that the user created. The electricity consumption calculator can provide useful information to users who want to have an overview of their electricity consumption and cost associated with it. Those users can use the estimates provided by the app to better manage, optimize and plan their electricity consumption in the household and their finances.
