Leadership a management je třeba od sebe správně odlišit, prozkoumat jejich rozdíly a propojení s běžným životem. Cílem je v teoretické části zhodnotit současný stav v oblasti managementu a v praktické části učinit průzkum v konkrétní společnosti. Leadership and management need to be properly distinguished from each other, explored differences and links with everyday life. The aim is to evaluate the current state of management in the theoretical part and to make a survey in a concrete company in the practical part.
