Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se primárně zaměřuje na otázku působnosti orgánů obchodní korporace v likvidaci. Konkrétně jde o tři základní orgány obchodních korporací – valnou hromadu, statutární a kontrolní orgán. Práce podrobněji rozebírá změnu působnosti těchto orgánů po vstupu společnosti do likvidace, a to vždy i s ohledem na vztah k likvidátorovi. This thesis primarily focuses on the question of the competence of the bodies of a business corporation in liquidation. Specifically, it concerns the three basic bodies of business corporations – the general meeting, the statutory body, and the controlling body.
