Obsahem bakalářské práce je hledání přínosnosti studentů, kteří se podílejí na organizaci Ústeckého Majálesu. Hlavním cílem je sledování jejich uplatnění na trhu práce, ale zároveň i jejich osobního a profesního růstu, který byl přímo úměrný s vývojem festivalu. This bachelor thesis deals with the research for contributes of the students who participate in organizing of Ústecký Majáles. The main goal is to find a vacancy in the labour market for its organizers, and at the same time their personal and professional growth which went hand in hand with the development of the festival.
