In the theoretical part of the thesis attention is paid to morality, moral distress, and its specifics in teaching. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá témou morálneho distresu u učiteľov základných škôl. V teoretickej časti práce je pozornosť venovaná morálke, morálnemu distresu a jeho špecifikám v učiteľstve.
