Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá novostavbou penzionu s wellness včetně návrhu nuceného větrání a variantního posouzení nízkoteplotních zdrojů tepla v kombinaci s fotovoltaickými panely. Stavba bude situována na svažitém pozemku ležícím na břehu Údolní nádrže Lipno v katastrálním území Frymburk. Cílem při návrhu konstrukcí obálky budovy a zdroje tepla je splnění požadavků pro nízkoenergetický dům včetně snížení množství dodané energie na vytápění objektu, a tím i snížení dopadu objektu na životní prostředí. Výsledkem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace na úrovni provedení stavby včetně optimalizace zdroje vytápění z ekologického a ekonomického hlediska. Optimalizace zdroje vytápění je provedena na základě výsledků získaných z programu Energie a jejich vzájemným porovnáním.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a new building of the boarding house with restaurant and wellness, including the design of forced ventilation and assessment of various low-temperature heat sources in combination with photovoltaic panels. The new building will be located on a sloping land situated on the bank of the Lipno Reservoir in the cadastral area of Frymburk. The goal, when the envelope constructions of the building and heat sources are designed, is fulfilment the requirements for a low-energy house, including reduction amount of supplied energy for the heating of the building, thereby reducing the impact of the building on the environment. The result of this thesis will be the elaboration of the project documentation on the level of the building execution including the optimization of the heating source from the ecological and economical point of view. The optimization of the heating source will be done on the basis of the results obtained from the Energy program and their mutual comparison.
