Transfer of Ownership Title to the co-operative Flat
Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá převodem vlastnických práv k družstevním jednotkám z vlastnictví bytových družstev do vlastnictví jejich členů se zaměřením na převody podle zákona č. 72/1994 Sb. Celá práce je doprovázena judikaturou soudů České republiky.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with transferring of ownership title to the cooperative units from an ownership of the housing cooperatives to an ownership of cooperatives members. The thesis focuses on transfers according to law no. 72/1994 Sb. The important issues are supported by decisions of the Czech courts.
