Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči u nemocného po zlomenině krčku kosti stehenní. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií, zlomeninami kosti stehenní, diagnostikou a následnou léčbou a rehabilitací. Praktická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje kazuistiky dvou pacientek, u kterých byla kontraindikována operace, a byl navržen konzervativní postup. Je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces, průběh …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis reviews nursing care in the patient with femoral neck fracture. In the theoretical part the author presents femoral bone anatomy and fracture types, diagnostic approach as wel as the therapy and following rehabilitation. The practical part of the thesis includes two case-reports of the pacients in which a conservative approach was chosen due to contraindications to surgery. It is …more
