Influence of seating order on participation of pupils in the primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vlivu zasedacího pořádku na participací žáků při položení učitelské otázky. Cílem je zjistit a analyzovat, jak se tato četnost reakcí mění u konkrétních žáků v závislosti na různých pozicích, které ve třídě zaujímají. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních pojmů, které se týkají problematiky zasedacího pořádku ve třídě a výukové komunikace mezi žákem a učitelem. V návaznosti na to jsem se v této části zabýval pojmem akční zóna, která vymezuje pozice s větší mírou aktivity žáků. Empirická část je zaměřena na pozorování četnosti reakcí vybraných žáků na učitelské otázky a jejich porovnání na základě zasedacího pořádku, který byl během šetření několikrát změněn. Na základě toho bylo možné vysledovat, ve kterých pozicích byl pozorovaný žák nejaktivnější a zda toto koresponduje s popisem této problematiky v odborných publikacích.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the seating chart of the frequency participation of pupils by asking the teacher questions. The aim is to identify and analyse how this frequency response changes for specific pupils according to the different positions in the classroom. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic terms relating to the issue of the seating arrangements in the classroom and its influence on teaching communication between a student and a teacher. Following this, in this section dealt with the notion of the action zone, which defines the position with a greater degree of activity of pupils. The empirical part is focused on the observation of the frequency response of the selected pupils on the teacher's questions and compare them on the basis of the seating plan, which was during the investigation has changed several times. On this basis it was possible to trace, in which the positions were observed disciple of the most active and whether this corresponds with the description of this issue in professional publications.
