Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vedení, řízení, organizování a vzdělávání pracovníků strojní údržby ve výrobním podniku. V práci jsou uvedeny zásady bezpečnosti při práci pro vykonávání vybraných činnosti. Dále jsou v práci vyspecifikované podmínky provozování a požadavky na odbornou způsobilost obsluhy a údržby zařízení, která zákon definuje jako vyhrazená technická zařízení. V dalších bodech je popsána povinná dokumentace, kterou je provozovatel zařízení povinen vést a dokumenty pro správnou evidenci údržby, poruch a oprav. Praktickou část práce tvoří analýza, která poskytuje srovnání provozuschopnosti vybraných zařízení při nesprávné organizaci pracovníků údržby a stav po zavedení základních preventivních opatření. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření materiálu, ve kterém budou uvedeny základní požadavky na úspěšné vedení týmu pracovníků údržby a požadavky na jejich vzdělávání. Výzkumná část by měla být názorným důkazem o významnosti rozšiřování odborných znalostí pracovníků údržby a významu vedení základní dokumentace pro řízení údržby.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the management, organization and education of machine maintenance workers in the manufacturing company. The thesis contains work safety principles in the performance of selected activities. Furthermore, there are specified operating conditions and requirements for the professional competence of service and maintenance of equipment, which the law defines as dedicated technical devices. The following points describe the mandatory documentation that the facility operator is required to keep and documents for proper records of maintenance, failures and repairs. The practical part of the thesis consists of an analysis which provides comparison of the operability of selected equipment in the event of incorrect organization of maintenance staff and the state after the introduction of the basic preventive measures. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a material which will set out the basic requirements for successful management of maintenance personnel and requirements for their education. The research section should be evidence of the importance of extending the maintenance staff's knowledge and the importance of implementation of the maintenance management documentation.
