Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezení okruhu osob, kterým je v pracovněprávních vztazích poskytována ochrana v souvislosti s těhotenstvím a péčí o děti, vydefinování jednotlivých způsobů ochrany, kterou jim právní úprava poskytuje (práva zaměstnanců a jim odpovídající povinnosti zaměstnavatelů), rozbor a hodnocení jednotlivých institutů ochrany a zhodnocení jejich dostatečnosti. Abstract:
The principal aim of bachelor thesis is to define the law protection, which is provided to the employees (rights of the employees and the duties of employer), to analyse and to evaluate these protection types and their sufficiency. The core of thesis is the detail description, evaluation and comparing of the protection types from the start of employment to the end of it.
