Domnívám se, že PPP projekty jsou jednou z možností, jak financovat velký projekt nyní v kombinaci se strukturálními fondy a do budoucnosti jen na základě spolupráce veřejného a soukromého sektoru bez dotací. A právě aktuálnost a důležitost tohoto tématu vede k nutnosti zamyšlení se nad dalším vývojem PPP projektů a především si uvědomit klady a zápory realizace tohoto partnerství. This thesis is focused on description and analysis of Public Private Partnership projects and its barriers in the Czech Republic and other countries as well (i.e.UK, Australia). Thesis is divided into three parts to describe and define progress of PPP projects in the Czech Republic and to compare it with other countries with longer history of PPP.
