Diplomová práce je svým obsahem rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou mechanických srdečních podpor a jejich rozdělení, vývoj a dělení ECMO, indikace, pooperační monitoring, specifickou ošetřovatelskou péčí o tyto pacienty a možné komplikace spojené s ECMO terapií. This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on mechanical heart support and its types, development and sorting of ECMO, indication, post-operative monitoring, specific nursing care and possible complications associated with ECMO therapy.
