Cílem disertační práce je empirické ověření platnosti teorie optimální kapitálové struktury podniku ve specifických ekonomických podmínkách České republiky u podniků z odvětví kovodělného průmyslu a vytvoření faktorového rozhodovacího modelu pro tvorbu optimální kapitálové struktury u těch podniků, které závěry teorie optimální kapitálové struktury dodržují. Abstract:
The aim of this dissertation is the empirical verification of optimal capital structure theory validity in specific conditions of the Czech Republic in enterprises from metallical industry and the creation of factor model for optimal capital structure creation for enterprises keeping the conclusions of optimal capital structure theory. Other 4 partial aims are subordinated to the main aim.
