Diplomová práce analyzuje současnou situaci na trhu práce, konkrétně stav v Libereckém kraji a pro tento kraj navrhnout možná řešení k udržení stávající situace na trhu práce, tedy nízké nezaměstnanosti a podpory zaměstnanosti. The objective of my diploma thesis was to analyze the current status of the labour market, specifically focusing on the situation in the Liberec Region.
