Problems of beginning teachers of the vocational training

Abstract:

Závěrečná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problémy začínajících učitelů odborného výcviku. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je definovat pojem začínající učitel, specifikovat a charakterizovat vývojová stádia učitelské profese. Dále popsat problémy se kterými se začínající učitelé potýkají. V teoretické části bude také popsána pomoc a didaktická podpora poskytnutá začínajícím učitelům ze strany pedagogických pracovníků. Metodou použitou v teoretické části je analýza, srovnání a syntéza aktuálních odborných publikací a internetových článků a následná tvorba výpisků. Cílem praktické části je popsat a analyzovat problémy začínajících učitelů a jejich řešení. Pro naplnění cíle je použit kvalitativní průzkum, metodou sběru dat je polostrukturovaný rozhovor se začínajícími učiteli odborného výcviku s praxí do pěti let. Analýza dat je provedena tematickým kódováním a následnou kategorizací. Na základě získaných informací je navrženo doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The final bachelor thesis is focused on problems of beginning teachers of the vocational training. Objective of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is to define the concept of beginning teacher, to specify and characterize the progressive stag-es of the teaching profession. Further to describe the problems faced by beginning teachers. In the theoretical part there will be also described help and didactic support provided to the beginning teachers by the pedagogical staff. The method used in the theoretical part is the analysis, comparison and synthesis of up-to-date professional publications and internet articles and the subsequent creation of extracts. The aim of the practical part is to describe and analyse problems of beginning teachers and their solutions. A qualitative survey is used to fulfil the objective, a semistructured interview with beginning teachers of vocational training with a practice of up to five years is used as the method of data collection. Data analysis is done by thematic coding and subsequent categorization. Based on the information obtained, a recommendation for pedagogical practice is proposed.
