Optimalization and effectiveness of working time in the hotel industry
Abstract:
Práce se skládá celkově ze tří částí, teoretické, analytické a návrhové. Cílem bylo analyzovat situaci v oblasti zaměstnávání v hotelnictví a zjistit za jakých okolností je zaměstnávání v hotelu efektivnější, tedy při jaké velikosti. K tomu je použit nástroj komparace personálního zajištění malého a velkého hotelu, které jsou pro účely této práce fiktivní.
Abstract:
The dissertation is consisted of three parts, theoretical, analytical and proposal. The purpose was to analyse the situation in the term of an employment in the hotel industry and to find out under the which circumstances is the employment in the hotel more effective, thus in which size.
