Hybrid SMART Sandwich Structures for Automotive Industry

Abstract:

Tato bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na návrh hybridního SMART sendvičového panelu pro automobilový průmysl. První část se věnuje vysvětlení, co je to sendvičový panel obecně a kde všude nachází uplatnění. V další části se zaměřuje na materiálové trendy v automobilovém průmyslu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá mikrosenzory, které jsou využity pro návrh sendvičového panelu. V praktické části je zhotoven 3D model hybridního SMART sendvičového panelu pro automobilový průmysl a návrh jeho využití a porovnání ohybových vlastností sendvičového panelu při integraci senzorů do jádra sendvičového panelu. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou dosažené výsledky porovnány.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on design of hybrid SMART sandwich panels for the automotive industry. The first part is focust on sandwich panels and they applications. The next part is focused on material trends in the automotive industry. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with microsensors which are used for the design of the sandwich panel. The experimental part deals with 3D model of a hybrid SMART sandwich panel for the automotive industry and the proposal for its aplications and comparison of they properties of the sandwich panels by the integration of sensors into the core of the sandwich panel. At conclusion of the bachelor thesis the results are compared.
