Design of paper moisture profile control on a paper machine

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem řízení vlhkostního profilu na papírenském stroji k dosažení rovnoměrné vlhkosti po celé šíři. V úvodu práce bude představen papír jako materiál, jeho vlastnosti a také vysvětlení principu jeho výroby. Po této teoretické části se budeme věnovat části praktické, a to zejména tomu, jak dosáhnout výroby papíru s rovnoměrnou vlhkostí po celé jeho šíři. Na závěr po porovnání výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých variant vybereme tu nejvhodnější variantu z hlediska efektivity.

Abstract:

Bachleor thesis focuses on optimization and control of paper moisture profile on the paper machine so that the moisture is even through the entire paper web and suggestion of the solution to reach the goal. At the beginning of this thesis it's mandatory to introduce paper as material, his main properties and principles how it's made. After this teoretical part we will focus on the practical part especially the way how to reach the paper production with the equal moisture over the paper width. In the end after the comparision of advantages & disadvanatages we will propose the most suitable solution from the announced solutions based on effectivity.
