Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na formulaci přípravků s obsahem vybraných včelích produktů a jejich in vivo účinnost na pokožku. Teoretická část se zabývala chemickým složením včelích produktů, jejich vlastnostmi a využitím s důrazem na uplatnění v kosmetice. Stručně byla popsána stavba kůže, hydratace kůže a látky s hydratačními účinky. V praktické části byl sledován vliv připravených formulací na …more

The thesis was focused on the formulation of creams containing selected bee products and their in vivo efficacy on skin. The theoretical part deals with the chemical composition of bee products their properties and usage, with emphasis on applications in cosmetics.
