Cílem bylo zjistit úroveň work-life balance všeobecných sester pracujících v rámci jednoho nemocničního zařízení, zjistit, jaká je úroveň kultury učení na daných dvou typech pracovišť a najít vztah mezi work-life balance a kulturou učení.
