Self-reflection as an important factor of personal growth of leisure time teacher

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem sebereflexe jako významný faktor osobnostního růstu pedagoga volného času popisuje sebezkušenost s procesem existenciální analýzy jako prostředku osobnostního rozvoje. V bakalářské práci je popsána sebereflexe z pohledu existenciální psychologie. Ukazuje na smysl logoterapie, která se odráží v reflektivitě, myšlení i komunikaci. Popisuje smysl sebereflexe pro budoucí pedagogy volného času. V teoretické části je popsán přehled teoretických východisek, které souvisí se sebereflexí a jejím použitím v reálném životě pedagoga volného času. Pomocí kazuistiky je v praktické části napsán sebereflektivní deník. Deník slouží jako podklad pro hodnocení osobnostního růstu v čase.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled self-reflection as an important factor of personal growth of leisure time teacher describes self-experience with the process of existential analysis as a means of personal development. The bachelor's thesis describes self-reflection from the perspective of existential psychology. It shows the meaning of logotherapy, which is reflected in reflectivity, thinking and communication. It describes the meaning of self-reflection for future leisure educators. The theoretical part describes an overview of the theoretical basis that is related to self-reflection and its use in the real life of a leisure educator. A self-reflective diary is written in the practical part with the help of case studies. The diary serves as a basis for evaluating personal growth over time.
