Abstract:

Subjekty prevence kriminality a jejich činnost se zaměřením na koordinaci jejich působení V práci jsou rozebrány jednotlivé úkoly, kompetence a činnosti ústředních správních orgánů a institucí, Policie ČR, orgánů samosprávy a dalších subjektů (nestátní neziskové organizace, vědecko-výzkumné a další akademické instituce, podnikatelské subjekty) působících v systému prevence kriminality vztahující se k tomuto tématu. Byla posouzena činnost ústředních orgánů v rámci realizace jednotlivých centrálně nastavených prioritních cílů, synergie realizovaných programů v rámci souvisejících oblastí činností. Dále pak koordinace působení jednotlivých subjektů v dané oblasti prevence. Rovněž tak provázanost resortních programů prevence s projekty realizovanými regionálně. Byla analyzována koordinace působení jednotlivých subjektů prevence kriminality a využívání zahraniční spolupráce v jednotlivých oblastech prevence kriminality s cílem nalézt oblasti vhodné pro posílení spolupráce, resp., ve kterých je prohloubení koordinace činnosti nejvíce žádoucí. Byly prostudovány a vytěženy základní strategické dokumenty a některé realizované preventivní programy a další vykonávané aktivity jednotlivými subjekty s cílem identifikovat oblasti, kde by mohla být spolupráce zefektivněna.

Abstract:

Subjects of the crime prevention and their proceeding focused on the coordination of their operation This Bachelor thesis analyses particular tasks, competencies and operations of the central administrational authorities and institutions. These include police of the Czech Republic, authorities of the administration and other entities (non-state non-profit organizations, research and science and other academic institutions, business entities) that are active in the system of the crime prevention related to this topic. Several fields were assessed in order to cover all boundaries of this topic. Firstly, the operation of the central authorities under the terms of the realization of the particular and central-set preferred aims. Also, the synergies of the realized programs under the related operation fields were investigated. Further evaluations made were the operational coordination of the particular entities in the given field of the prevention, and also the interconnection of the departmental preventive programs, with the projects developed regionally. The coordination of the operation of particular entities of crime prevention and the use of the international cooperation in different crime preventions were analysed. The aim of this analysis is to find fields suitable for strengthening the cooperation, or more precisely fields where the improvement of the coordination of operations is most required. The basic strategic documents and some realized preventive programs were examined, as well as other activities administered by particular entities. The aim of all those activities, programs and documents is to identify the field where the efficiency of the cooperation could be increased.
