The Second Violin Concerto by Sergey Prokofiev in the Context of the Composer´s Other Works

Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o Druhém houslovém koncertu g moll, op. 63 skladatele Sergeje Prokofjeva v kontextu s autorovou další tvorbou. Obsahuje životopis S. Prokofjeva, charakteristiku stylotvorných znaků děl tohoto skladatele a také detailněji jeho houslové tvorby a analýzu autorova Druhého houslového koncertu g moll.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the Violin Concerto No. 2 in G minor, op. 63 by Sergey Prokofiev in the context of the composer´s other works. The thesis contains curriculum vitae of S. Prokofiev, characteristics of his composing style in general and of his compositions for violin in detail and analysis of his Violin Concerto No. 2.
