NMR spectroscopy in analytical chemistry
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím nízkofrekvenční NMR spektroskopie pro analýzu alkoholů. Přenosný stolní NMR spektrometr byl použit pro kvalitativní analýzu vybraných alkoholů (methanol, ethanol, propylenglykol, 1,3-propandiol, glycerol, ethylenglykol). Dále byla testována možnost jejich kvantitativní analýzy v reálných vzorcích (alkoholické nápoje, chladicí kapaliny).
Abstract:
This thesis deals with application of low-frequency NMR spectroscopy for alcohol analysis. The portable table NMR spectrometer was applied for qualitative and quantitative analysis of selected alcohols (e.g methanol, ethanol, propylene-glycol, 1,3-propanediol, glycerol, ethylene-glycol) in binary a ternary mixtures as well as real samples (alcoholic drinks, freezing agents).
