The heat processing nut for car industry
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout postup tepelného zpracování a povrchové úpravy pro matici M20. Matice je kalena, popuštěna dále následuje fosfátování a konzervace. Matice je v průmyslu označována jako D-díl, tudíž je kladen velký vliv na její jakost. Proto jsou v této práci zahrnuty také kontrolní plány a z naměřených hodnot jsou následně vyhotoveny atesty.

The aim of this bachelor work is to propose technique progress of a heat processing and surface price four nut M20. The nut is a hardened, overhauling further follow the phosfate layer and conservation. The nut is in the industry denote like D-part, the laying a lot og influence on her quality.
