A Cost Policy Evaluation as Established in Viamont DSP a. s.(Joint Stock Company)

Abstract:

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení řízení nákladů a jejich efektivity v akciové společnosti Viamont DSP a. s.. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z teoretické a praktické části. V první polovině teoretické části jsou charakterizovány náklady, jejich funkce, členění a evidence. Druhá polovina pojednává o kalkulacích, jejich metodách a rozpočtech. Praktická část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku společnosti. Dále pak hodnocení efektivity podniku pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a optimalizaci nákladů společnosti. Na závěr je uveden příklad kalkulace používané u jednoho nákladového střediska výše jmenované společnosti. K analýze dat budou použity podklady společnosti Viamont DSP a. s.. Tato data se vztahují k období let 2006 až 2009.

Abstract:

The content of my bachelor´s work has been accomplished to deal with evaluation of the cost management system and its effectiveness as established in Viamont DSP, Joint Stock Company. The work is comprised of two parts: theoretical and practical. The costs in respect of their function, structure and analytical records thereof are characterized in the first half of the theoretical part. The second half thereof is concerned with the calculations, their methods and budgets. The practical part includes a brief profile of the Company. An evaluation of the company´s effectiveness by means of ratio indicators and the cost optimization process thereof are also included. Conclusively, an example of the calculation applied in one of the cost centres of the abovementioned Company is given. Any source material supplied by Viamont DSP shall be used to conduct a data analysis. The data collected refer to the period spanning the years 2006 - 2009.
