Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na realizaci výuky odborného výcviku oboru Kuchař - číšník na SOŠ a SOU Polička. V teoretické části se snažím přiblížit úlohu vyučovacích metod a roli učitele odborného výcviku. Podávám nástin rámcově vzdělávacích programů tohoto oboru společně s profilem absolventa. In my thesis I focus on the implementation of teaching training field cook - waiter at the SOŠ and SOU Polička. I try to approach the role of teaching methods and the role of training teacher in the theoretical part.
