Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo vyhodnocení současného stavu a návrh reálného Business modelu vybraného podniku. Při zpracování diplomové práce bylo využito přístupu Business Model Navigator Framework, který rozlišuje iniciační, tvůrčí a integrační fázi. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy na inovace současného Business modelu podniku, které zajistí budoucí prosperitu. Návrhy vycházejí z problémových oblastí podniku, které byly v práci identifikovány a výsledků nástroje Value Proposition Canvas, který zkoumá shodu mezi hodnotovou nabídkou a potřebami zákaznických segmentů.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the current situation and propose a real business model of the selected company. In the diploma thesis was used the Business Model Navigator Framework approach, which distinguishes the initiation, ideation and integration phases. The result of the diploma thesis are proposals for innovations in the company's current business model that will ensure future prosperity. Proposals are based on the problem areas of the business that were identified and the results of the Value Proposition Canvas tool, which examines the match between the value proposition and the needs of customer segments.
