Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje tématu znalců v trestním řízení. Cílem práce je analyzovat znaleckou činnost obecně a věnovat se jejímu vztahu k trestnímu řízení. Diplomová práce dále srovnává předchozí právní úpravu zákona č. 36/1967 Sb. s novou právní úpravou zákona č. 254/2019 Sb. a definuje některé jejich rozdíly. Abstract:
This thesis discusses the issue of experts in criminals proceedings. The aim of this work is to analyze the expert activity in general and its impact to criminal proceedings. It compares the previous legislation of Act No. 36/1967 Coll. with the new legislation of Act No. 254/2019 Coll. and outline some of its differences.
