Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou pracovního místa v institucích finanční správy. V práci bude popsáno řízení lidských zdrojů a analýza pracovního místa. Dále budou analyzovány rozhovory s pracovníky finančního úřadu a poté anketa se studenty. Poslední částí této práce je doporučení autora.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with job analysis in institutions of financial management. In the thesis will be describe human resources management and job analysis. Then will be analyse interview with workers of tax office and then will be also analyse survey for students. Last part of the thesis is recommendation of author.
