Judicialy Control of Academical Decisions
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bude zejména stanovit, jakým způsobem by měla probíhat soudní kontrola rozhodnutí učiněných na akademické půdě. Podstatná část práce bude věnována přehledu dosavadní judikatury, která je nejvýznamnějším zdrojem tohoto tématu a která dává odpověď na otázku, jak je téma chápáno našimi soudy v součné době.
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is mainly to establish in what way should the judicialy control of academical decisions be performed. Judicature analysis is an essential part of this thesis since this is the most important source of information within this topic and answer the question how is the topic viewed by the courts.
