Abstract:
V předkládané bakalářské práci se budeme zabývat vlivem zvolené metody rozcvičení na následný jednoduchý motorický úkon úder. Budeme řešit rozdíly mezi reakčními časy a realizační rychlostí u karatistů po aplikaci rozcvičení statického, dynamického a při žádném rozcvičení. Abstract:
In the presented bachelor thesis, we discuss the influence of the chosen method of warming up on following simple motor actions - punch. We will address the differences between reaction times and movement time in karate after warming up with static stretching, dynamic stretching and with no warm-up.
