V práci je vymezena obecná definice kulturní památky, její legislativní, institucionální rámec a zdroje financování. The paper determines the general definition of cultural monuments, its legislative, and institutional framework and sources of financing. General knowledge is applied in actually applying for financing for renewal of cultural sight - the castle in Mladá Vožice.
