Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sebeprezentace pubescentních dívek ve virtuálním prostředí sociální sítě Facebook a její přidružené aplikace Instagram. Cílem práce je sledování aktivit respondentů na Facebooku s akcentací jejich sebeprezentace. Přičemž nás zajímá pohled, co sledovaní uživatelé chtěli sdělit vůči tomu, jak byly jejich příspěvky vnímány vrstevnickým okolím na této sociální síti. Samotná práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje objasnění pojmu pubescence vzhledem ke specifikům vztahujícím se k sebeprezentování. Zvláštní pozornost je zde věnována také sociálním sítím a zahraničním výzkumům, které mi sloužily jako inspirace i teoretická opora v realizaci výzkumu. Praktická část práce se věnuje metodice výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno za pomocí obsahové analýzy a rozhovorů. Vzešlá data byla poté podrobena analýze a následně v závěru práce interpretována.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of self-presentation of pubescent girls in the virtual environment of the social network Facebook and its associated application Instagram. The aim is to monitor the activities of the respondents on Facebook with the emphasis on their self-presentation. We are interested in the view of what the following users want to convey to the way how peers on the social network perceived their contributions. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to clarifying the concept of pubescent due to the specifics related to self - presentation. Special attention is also paid to social networks and foreign researches which served as an inspiration and theoretical support in the implementation of research. The practical part deals with the methodology of the research which was realized by using content analysis and interviews. The results were analyzed and subsequently interpreted in the conclusion.
