Anotace K lidem s tělesným postižením se v historii přistupovalo zcela jinak, než v dněšní době, kdy panuje trend integrace těchto jedinců do běžného života, vzdělávání i trhu práce. Bakalářská práce „Uplatnění osob s tělesným postižením na trhu práce“ se zabývá reálnými možnostmi pracovního uplatnění těchto jedinců a pracovními možnostmi, které jsou jim nabízeny. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola popisuje tělesné postižení a jeho klasifikace, charakteristiku osoby s tímto postižením a možnosti vzdělávání těchto jedinců. Druhá část jě věnována lidem s tělesným postižením z právního hlediska, jejich profesní přípravě a možnostmi integrace do trhu práce. Praktická část bakalářské práce se věnuje charakteristice respondentů a analýze rozhovorů s nimi. Zaměřila jsem se zejména na jejich osobní zkušenosti s pracovním uplatněním. Výsledek bakalářské práce tvoří soubor zjištěných informací týkajících se problematiky uplatnění osob s tělesným postižením na trhu práce.

Abstract:

Annotation The people with the physical disability had been treated differently in the history compared to the present. Nowadays, there is the trend of the integration of these people into the real life, education and the job market. The bachelor theses „The assertion of the people with the physical disability on the job market“ deals with the real possibilities of the job assertion of these individuals and with the job possibilities offered to them. The theoretical part of this bachelor theses is divided into two chapters. The first chapter describes the physical disability and it´s classification, the characteristic of the person with this disability and the possibilities of education. The second chapter is dedicated to the people with the physical disability from the legal point of view, to their preparation for profession assertion and to the possibilities of theis integration on the job market. The practical part of the bachelor theses deals with the characteristic of the respondents and with the analysis of our interview. I have paid attention mainly to their personal experiences with the job assertion. The result of the bachelor theses is the summary of the discovered information connected with the problematic of the assertion of the people with the physical disability on the job market.
