Primárnym cieľom práce je posúdiť, nakoľko sá dá región Palestíny považovať za suverénny štát z hľadiska finančného práva. Z výsledkov pozorovania primárneho ciela sa práca následne venuje posúdení sociálno-ekonomických následkov a nutných krokov pre aplikáciu jedno až troj štátnych riešení konfliktu regiónu, kde pod jedno-štátnym riešením sa chápe plná anexácia regiónu Izraelom, pod dvoj-štátnym riešením …more
