The education of allergic patient concerning to the relations with the air allergens

Abstract:

Edukace je nepostradatelnou součástí léčby pacienta. Úspěšnost léčby závisí na kvalitní edukaci a na dodržování navrhovaných opatření. V teoretické části práce se zabýváme onemocněním alergie. Zaměřujeme se pouze na vzdušné alergeny, protože tyto alergie jsou v populaci nejčastější. Je zde nastíněna problematika alergie, alergických onemocnění a další část je věnována samotné edukaci. Výzkumná část má za cíl zhodnotit úroveň poskytované edukace a kvality poskytovaných informací v ambulanci alergologie a klinické imunologie MUDr. Dany Mudruňkové v Ústí nad Labem. Dalšími cíly jsou zjištění míry dodržování léčebného režimu a navrhovaných opatření a zjištění zájmu a snahy ze strany klientů o zlepšení jejich onemocnění. Při realizaci výzkumu byly v ambulanci rozdány dotazníky, které jsou zde vyhodnoceny a na základě výsledků je poté vypracován návrh opatření.

Abstract:

Education plays a vital role in the patient?s treatment. A successful treatment depends on the quality of education and on following through suggested treatment proposals. The theoretical part deals with the allergic conditions. The focus is on air allergens because these types of allergy are the most common in the human population. This part briefly explains what allergy is and what types of allergies there exist. The following part describes the term education. The aim of the research is to evaluate the level of provided education and the quality of information provided at the Mudr Dana Mudruňková out-patients? department of Allergology and Clinical Immunology in Ústi nad Labem. Other aims of this study are to investigate how well the treatment programme and suggested proposals are being followed through and to find out how interested the patients are in getting better and improving their condition. During the research realization the questionnaires were given in the out-patients' department where they were interpreted and then the suggestion of measure were made on the basis of results.
