Incidence of Alimentary Infections in Regions of Hradec Králové and Plzeň

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce porovnává vybrané alimentární nákazy v Královéhradeckém a Plzeňském kraji. V teoretické části jsem nejdříve charakterizovala alimentární nákazy. Poté jsem je rozdělila na nákazy bakteriálního a virového původu, virové hepatitidy přenosné fekálně orální cestou a na alimentární intoxikace z potravin. V praktické části je osm vybraných diagnóz s komentářem. Poté je praktická část zaměřena na výskyt virové hepatitidy typu A v Královéhradeckém kraji.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis compares the chosen alimentary infections in the regions of Hradec Králové and Plzeň. In the theoretical part I first characterised the alimentary infections. Then I sorted them into the infections of bacterial and viral origin, the viral hepatitis transmissible by the faecal-oral way and the alimentary intoxications from food. In the practical part there are the eight chosen diagnoses with the commentary. The practical part then focuses on the occurrence of the type A viral hepatitis in Hradec Králové region.
