Bakalářská práce na téma "Stanovení hodnoty firmy u nezávislých povolání`` má poskytnout čtenáři ucelený přehled o možných metodách ocenění malých firem. Práce uvádí důvody a ozřejmuje postupy oceňování, které jsou pro stanovení hodnoty lékařských praxí, a nejen jich, využívané. Poukazuje na výhody a nevýhody jejich použití v praxi. Bachalor work of "Setting Level of Acreditation of Independent Trades`` gives reader roundup of possible methods of awarding small comnpanies. Work shows reasons and clarify procceses of rewarding, which are used for setting level of acreditation in medical sector. It shows positives and negatives of its use in field.
